What Nestle' taught me on How to Maintain, to Gain or to Lose Weight

Last week while at the supermarket, I stumble upon a free consultation from Nestle'.
I approached the nutritionist and then she handed me a paper to be filled up. She took notes of my height and weight. Then handed me a device to read my BMI - Body Mass Index, a BMI device will tell you if your weight is proportionate with your height. My arms straight forward my hands at both ends of the device.
My BMI falls at 24.4 which is at a normal level, though my body fat percentage is quite high at 10-20% from the normal %. I told the nuritionist that I have gained 70- 71kg before, and now I am weighing at 64.5kg. She said that with my height, my weight now is at the desirable level from 52.4 - 64kg. That would mean that I was really on overweight before....
Just recently, I got this high uric acid thing which triggers a real pain on my back and feet. I think my being over weight and lots of salts in my body causes that high uric acid in me. That is the reason I am really on a strict diet of 1 cup of rice, less meat, less chicken, avoid bloody fish meats and more vege and fruits. I manage to maintain that diey for more than a month now and I think that was the reason I lose weight so much.
After she handed me the plate guide on my daily meal, I feel so happy to know that it was just as easy as that and its really a no brainer idea if you really want to lose or to maintain your weight.
So for me now, I am maintaining a 9 incher plate with the photo below and with the desired diet plan.
